I've finished the cutting. The piles at the top are for the flower applique. The cream piles in the middle are for the blocks, with background fabric placed on top of each pile. The skinny pile to the right is for the berries and the green pile at the bottom is for the leaves. I am tired!
I will post a picture of my little pin container tomorrow since some of you are interested. I need to wait for the camera batteries to recharge!
In reply to Tanya, my organisational skills are wafting their way to you via the ether, right now!

I am admiring your ability to keep all those little piles of fabric separated and stacked! Wow! No wonder you are tired!
Well done! now you just have to put them in little bags... My oldest daughter Emma is here from Te Aroha for the day so I won't get along to club until about 1.00 as we are shopping for her birthday present this morning. And as she has a horse racing at the Wanganui racecourse this afternoon at 3.10 I'll have to leave in time to go and watch that. But I'm hoping to bring the garden plan quilt for show and tell. And to pick up my raffle quilt packet!
Wow, Helen, that's quite a bit of cutting you've done there. I hope the other members really appreciate all of the effort you have put into this quilt. From the fabric, it looks like it is going to be a fabulous quilt!
Can you send some of your organizational skills my way too? I'd really appreciate it.
i think i spend half my life waiting on camera batteries!! hehe!
You may be tired but you're also amazing! Wow! To know exactly what is going where without pawing around through a box of mismatched sized fabrics. I'm still waiting for the dust to get to me!
